Karlin Real Estate reimagined and transformed what was once a single user campus developed in the mid 1980’s into a dynamic life sciences center in the heart of Research Triangle Park.   Karlin purchased the 400 acres / 20 building campus from a Fortune 300 pharmaceutical firm and rebranded the campus, Parmer RTP.  Parmer provided state-of-the-art laboratory and office space designed to provide clients a rare opportunity to lease institutional quality space within one of the most highly sought after, fastest-growing regions in the country. In addition, Parmer introduced world-class amenities including an outdoor amphitheater, fitness trails, a bike-share program, championship-level sporting courts, putting and chipping green, two story gym with slide connection, two acre central park, daily food trucks, and the notorious tree house conference center.  Before selling the campus, Karlin developed an additional 700,00 square feet and completed over two million square feet of transactions including GSK, Duke University, Eli Lilly, LabCorp, Shattuck Labs, IQVIA, and Duke Health.
