Bruce Sargent

Vice President, Corporate Relationships and Development

Bruce Sargent joined Karlin Real Estate in early 2019 as the Vice President of Corporate Relationships. His primary responsibilities include the development and management of Karlin’s Corporate Relationships and support the growth of the Karlin and Parmer Innovation Center brands across the globe.

Bruce comes to Karlin with over 35 years of experience in corporate real estate and was most recently the Director of North America Real Estate at IBM. He led a team of dedicated professionals that managed and oversaw all areas of real estate asset management and delivery for the United States and Canada. IBM’s NA portfolio consisted of over 400 locations and over 32 million square feet. Bruce held numerous leadership roles within the corporate real estate function and joined the company from Lotus Development Corporation in 1995 when IBM acquired them. Bruce also held positions in the real estate organizations at Wang Laboratories and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Bruce was named “Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year” by CoreNet Carolinas in 2018. Bruce is an active member of CoreNet Global and has held and participated in many boards and panels throughout his extensive career. Bruce earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College and an MBA from Rivier College.
