Minh Thy Dao is Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing & Branding at Karlin Real Estate. Minh Thy is responsible for the day to day operations and staff supporting Karlin’s worldwide real estate portfolio. In addition, she also manages all branding and marketing efforts. Minh Thy oversees business planning, operations, and execution across the company. Since joining the team in 2007, Minh Thy has held various administrative, asset management and marketing roles including management of over $1B in assets which include multi-family, retail, ground-up construction, and office. Minh Thy received her B.A. from California State University Northridge.
