Nancy Lee provides legal counsel for Karlin Real Estate on all aspects of the management of its real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Karlin, Nancy was an associate in the real estate department at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she represented lenders, borrowers, real estate funds and institutional investors in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Nancy was an associate in the real estate department at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she focused on representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions. Nancy received her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
